Kate travelled to Los Angeles to represent The Pirate Grace at the 42nd annual Annie Awards, which took place on January 31st at UCLA. Congratulations to all the nominees and winners! Kila, the incredible Irish band that Red Nun Films is working with to create the music for The Pirate Grace, was nominated for the soundtrack of Song of the Sea. Colm O'Snodaigh, flautist, tenor, and manager of HYPERLINK "http://kila.ie/" Kila , was there representing the band. Kate met Tomm Moore and many members of the Cartoon Saloon studio, chatted with Colm about our own soundtrack, and made plans to meet up in Ireland!
