Team Grace in Ireland
With the recording studio, sound engineer, and several voice actors all set to go, we headed over to Ireland to record the voice tracks for The Pirate Grace. HYPERLINK "https://vimeo.com/48820180" Siobhan O'Kelly , the talented actress who was originally cast to play Grace in the live-action version several years ago, will be doing the voiceover for Grace in our new short film. We had a wonderful experience during our rehearsal and recording time in Galway!
Although the weather was foggy and boggy and rainy and cold, we also went to visit the sites of many of Grace O’Malley’s remaining castles in and around Clew Bay and up through Achill Island. Then it was back to Dublin to meet with Kila and discuss the film’s soundtrack. And then just like that, we flew back home to continue our pre-production work! Thanks for the spectacular trip, Ireland!
